Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Academy of Intrinsic Studies website, our enrollment and application process, and our educational programs and communications.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Business Information

Our Programs

We provide educational services including, but not limited to:

• The 150-hour, DORA-approved Natural Medicine Facilitator curriculum, offered on both a standard and an accelerated cohort track
• Coursework toward Colorado licensure as a Facilitator or Clinical Facilitator
• Coursework toward AIS's DORA-approved certification, for students not pursuing Colorado licensure
• Consultation, mentorship, and alumni network access

All programs are delivered on a best-effort basis, in line with our published curriculum and cohort schedule, unless otherwise agreed with you in writing.

No Guarantees

Completing our curriculum prepares you to meet the training and educational requirements for Colorado licensure or AIS certification, as applicable to your enrollment track. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, decisions made by Colorado's Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) or any other licensing or regulatory body.

We do not guarantee specific professional, financial, or practice outcomes from completing our program, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement with you.

Payments & Billing

• Tuition and payment terms are confirmed in writing before your cohort begins
• Payment plan options, including through our partners Klarna and Afterpay, are available in addition to full payment
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your enrollment agreement
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of program access

Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, portfolios, frameworks, and content provided through our program remain the intellectual property of Academy of Intrinsic Studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse these materials without our permission.

Communications & SMS

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by email, phone, and SMS/text message, including application updates, appointment reminders, and program notifications. Message frequency may vary, and standard carrier rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academy of Intrinsic Studies shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business or practice interruption, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or enrollment in our programs.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate enrollment at our discretion, including in cases of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, misuse of our services, or failure to meet the program's required coursework, attendance, or conduct standards.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
